This Board meets quarterly to review, discuss, and/or make   recommendations concerning all parish matters. The Board members include the Rector or Priest-in-Charge, the church wardens, deputy wardens, treasurer, board chair, board secretary, representatives from various areas of ministry, and members at large appointed or elected at our annual church meeting, Vestry. At that meeting, St. Cyprian's also elects a lay member to attend Diocesan Synods.
